The office staff is wonderful! Trish, Tammy, Jordan, and Denise all go out of their way to help you. Tammy hasn't been with this office for long but she made a very positive first impression and continues to exceed. She has carried many of my heaviest (15 lb) cats in their carriers to my car to help me out on several occasions and is constantly showing how much she cares about the clients and their pets. Most recently, she stayed in the room with me when I had to put my cat, Seven, to sleep and she was so caring to me and Seven. She is certainly an asset! Trish, Denise, Tammy, and Jordan have consistently gone out of their way to be helpful, make sure my sick animals get appointments quickly, and answer all of my questions. I brought a cat in with breathing problems one day and Trish got him back to see the doctor the minute I walked in the door. The vets, Dr. Beamer, Dr. Reasor, and Dr. Petrich are the absolute best. I only have positive things to say about them both. They are very caring and give the animals top notch care. The entire building, inside and out, is always clean.
