She was stylish and well spoken, but super down home friendly, and very easy to banter with. She actually returned my appointment request call when other places were way too busy to bother or not taking new customers after quarantine restrictions were lifted and squeezed me in her busy schedule. I'm not gonna lie ya'll....I had covid-19 quarantine hair. Had tried to trim my own bangs multiple times and massacred them. Had triple processed with lift kits before my appointment, and hadn't had a haircut in 3+ months. It was bad. Michelle breezed through and corrected all my haircut errors and neglect, and gave me the best cut of my life. She also made great suggestions for styling and color, without being pushy. She really knows her stuff, and made sure to clarify the whole way that we were on the same page. The salon was super clean and orderly. I feel like a new woman, and this is my go-to salon from now on. A+++“
