The personal service that I receive as a customer at the Woodbridge, Va. Zips Cleaners is inspiring and noteworthy. The staff is amazing and certainly worth mentioning. No business is absolutely perfect, however, Vernon, Janece, Candy, Lamont and others are genuinely kind, professional and work hard to get it right each time that I do business there.

My goto zip, always quick and easy! Usually always get a warm greet by Janece, a nice welcoming into a store I visit about 2-3 times a week. Will continue to to do my business here and recommend to friends and family.

I’m a regular customer here, most of the employees know me and we love the staff! We always get greeted with a hello and smile. My kids love coming with me here because the staff is so friendly. They are quick and always willing to help.
Note: this past week they have been working in such horrible conditions - 90 degree weather yet it’s cooler outside than inside their store. The a/c has been out all week. I truly feel for them & they deserve better!
