I had my membership for a month and I already want to cancel it. The reviews aren't lying, and I wish that I had read them before purchasing my membership. Most of the machines do not work/ are outdated, the pins from the weight machines are always missing which makes no sense (who would steal them/ take them out?), no employee in sight, you could literally walk in with no gym card and no one will notice, no AC or fans (I pass out easily so it's disappointing how hot it always is). I purchased a membership for this gym because it was open for 24 hours, they changed the hours of operation a week into having my membership. I have been a member over 6 years and still my favorite gym..very nice staff, just added new equipment and I love it...I hate that they charge such high maintenance fee and don't give warning before charging your card
There's a lot of broken equipment and it does get repaired quickly. It's dirty and there's always trash on the floor and left on the machines (paper towels, empty drinks etc). I see custodial staff working hard to clean but they can't keep up with the demand. About once a month the showers are cold. This has been an ongoing issue. Showers and locker rooms aren't cleaned frequently enough. This is just an opinion, but they play annoying music overhead. Everyone has headphones with their own preferred music, so I would recommend they turn off the music.
