She also came outside to find me when I got a bit lost and wasn’t able to find the office. Nely gave me an excellent, super relaxing Rebuilding facial. She gave a very thorough consultation before starting treatment to help determine what my skin goals were, and I also loved the hand massage she did while my face mask was setting. Instead, they offer a VIP room that comes at an additional cost and this shouldn't be the case. Every spa I've ever been to offers this at no charge and is expected. Typically, you would check in, change into your robe and head to this room to start relaxing ahead of your treatment. It helps calm the nerves and get you into the right mindset. It's also a nice place to hydrate and rest a bit after your treatments have been completed.<br><br>Unfortunately, you have to wait at the check-in/entrance which can be loud and somewhat chaotic, and you feel rushed to leave immediately after your treatment. It really prevents the place from feeling truly relaxing and luxurious. I really hope the owners reconsider this set up moving forward.“

Just hard enough to hit the pain threshold but not too painful. She stopped several times to make sure it wasn’t too much and asked if I was okay. I did the basic nail treatment on my hands and it was perfect.<br><br>My wife had her finger nails redone. It required removal of the current ones (which were really well done according to the tech). Her new nails and color were really well done and turned out really beautiful.“

I am very happy with the choice and she spent her time on me and I didn’t feel rushed!
