Bought a groupon for my wife. Chris immediately denied the Groupon and accused my wife of not telling him what she wanted when she got there. Chris did not ask for any details when the appointment was made and we did tell him it was a groupon that specified hair coloring. He then said that the job she wanted would cost $1500. He then proceeded to say her hair would take way too long to do and he lives all the way in Spotsylvania and he doesn't have the time. Long story short the groupon is false advertisement and the customer service was poor.Service: Hair coloring
Mimi of Mimi’s Hair Studio in Suite 112A has been doing my hair for 11+ years, and I have NEVER received a bad haircut, color, etc. She gives me AMAZING advice about my hair. Booked with Mariana @SalonPlaza, unit 112. She did color, highlights and a pixie cut! Just amazing!!! I’ve gotten so many compliments. Mariana is professional and very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend her!
