Tom from Rug Shine Rug & Carpet has been amazing! We had a tenant for the last two years that was rough on the carpet and left behind multiple stains. Tom has taken great care of it and it looks brand new! I could not be happier and the work certainly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Great customer service skills too, always with a smile and wonderful attitude, which is hard to find.
Our carpets had not been cleaned in two years and felt gummy and smelled dirty -- after Tom's visit with his deep-cleaning carpet machine (and a few days of drying), our carpets are now delightfully soft to walk on in bare feet and the whole house smells clean again. We have used Tom for years to clean our carpets and he has always been most professional -- shows up on time, calls ahead to let us know when he'll be here, and has the utmost respect for our belongings. We're his customers for life!
We had a carpet that we simply needed to replace after so many years, but we are getting some extra life out of it due to the deep cleaning Rug Shine did. Very happy the technician was on time!
