This was my first time coming for a full set and Lauren (Loren) was lovely! she was precise with everything and I got ombré, the pink she used at first she noticed was too light for my skin tone and decided to change it for me! I am very happy with the choice and she spent her time on me and I didn’t feel rushed! Will definitely come back again, she was understanding to my wants and if I didn’t like something she fixed it no questions or attitude. She has great professionalism and work ethic!

I normally love this place. But today I walked in and the place was filthy. There were spider webs hanging from the lights and it’s obvious that no one has cleaned overnight. The shampoo area had equipment just laying in the seats. No one offered water and for some reason I began itching. As I left it got worse. Went to patient first and they gave me allergy meds and steroids. This is so disappointing because I love this place. I drove from Fredericksburg. My nails were okay. Not the quality I’ve come to expect. Yes but I’ve never had an allergic reaction to getting services before. Please schedule a deep clean. For the health of your patrons.
I highly recommend this place, it was my first time there and the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was getting a manicure with a full set and a pedicure with gel polish. Despite the hour being close to their closing time, they still were very happy to accommodate me.
Tina who was just amazing and helpful with guiding me to a devious and another lady I believe her name was Mei yi who worked her magic on my pedicure. Overall best experience I ever had as a new client as well as results
