Really like this office so far. They are usually prompt is getting appointments scheduled and are seen on time.
The staff have really good bedside manners and Dr. Joshi is great. She'll spend time educating and answering any questions. Overall, it's been a super pleasant experience.
Dr. Joshi Specifically made me feel very comfortable when she noticed that Scrappy Doo was a little frightened to be at the vet, she got down on his level and made sure that he was comfortable before proceeding any further. I also appreciate that she gave me advice/treatments that I could understand.
I have new primary veterinarians at Ridge Lake! I have never really had a primary vet before; I've always just taken my pets to whoever we could get into first. It can be a real problem getting an appointment anywhere--until I found Ridge Lake.
In January, I had to take my newly-adopted kittens for their checkup (required by the shelter) and I happened upon Ridge Lake after calling 4 or 5 other places. Since then, I have had to bring two of my other cats in, and both times I was able to get either a same day or next day appointment!
