Superb experience! Kylee at reception was so friendly and helpful when I booked over the phone and wasn’t sure what type of facial to book. She also came outside to find me when I got a bit lost and wasn’t able to find the office. Nely gave me an excellent, super relaxing Rebuilding facial. I appreciated that she explained what was going to happen at each step before starting. She gave a very thorough consultation before starting treatment to help determine what my skin goals were, and I also loved the hand massage she did while my face mask was setting. I’ve been going here for electrolysis for about a year after moving to the east side of the county and deciding I was just too far from my old place. The location, service, quality of service, everything is great here!! I’m pleased with the results!!

Last Friday I had a facial at RWS. Facial doesn't seem to capture the amazing experience I had. Dee has a beautiful personality and is knowledgeable about skincare and overall health. My appointment began with a consultation and then my facial. It was the best facial ever!!!! You don't have to take my word for it, but check RWS out for yourself. My skin already looks and feels much better and I left the spa feeling so relaxed. Not to mention the perfect cup of hot tea I was given in a to go cup while I checked out. The staff I encountered was helpful and pleasant. I am so excited that I found this gem. Thank you Dee and staff. You have something very special and you have a new regular customer in me.
