They were professional and timely throughout the project and actually completed it earlier than expected. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, Robert kept me updated on progress. I've been wanting to upgrade my deck for the past several years and only committed to do so this year with NV Improvements because of their responsiveness, professionalism and pricing. Nowadays, it's refreshing to come across a company whose owner is so down-to-earth, hard-working and honest. I absolutely love my new deck which was ready just in time for my daughter's 21st birthday party and my neighbors are already commenting on how great the deck looks!
