Dr. Kristy Blair is fabulous. She figured out my problem on visit #1 and created an individualized plan for me. She is extremely knowledgeable, an excellent diagnostician, and hands down the best DPT I have ever encountered. She helped me recover from an injury exacerbated by misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis from other providers, and helped me to continue to progress from there. I would absolutely come back to see her again even if I moved out of the county.

At 96 years old, it is a challenge to keep active.Weekly PT sessions with Kristy Blair of Ideal Wellness has kept me moving. I am stronger than when I started PT.
