I treated my daughter to Handand Stone as a birthday gift. Her words....MOM IT WAS GREAT She was so impressed she's bringing her daughter in very soon. Thank you for helping me make my daughter's birthday great.
Overall, it was a fair experience. One of my complaints was that they didn't disclose what was an upgrade versus just asking what it is I was needing to focus on when it came to a facial and massage for my wife and me. What was supposed to be a $320 expense for the two of us was $160 for one of us and $290 for the other, all without clearly communicating what was beyond the service scheduled so that it was known beforehand prior to checking out.
Also the two of us had vastly different experiences too. My facial was good with plenty of intervals of warm towels placed on my face and used to wipe off the lotions or oils used before applying something... read full review
I have been a member for years. I book for 90 minutes because it takes me at least 15 to relax lol. Zach and Maya are my go-to therapist. They are very attentive and allow me to enjoy the silence and music in the room. Very happy with my membership.
