Had gone here for a few years. Brought my daughter’s dress here to be cleaned. Now tonight before a performance tomorrow found that the dress had not been cleaned. There were still odors and stains. They simply put plastic on it and put back on the rack. This is horrible and fraudulent!Services: Wedding gown cleaning

They couldn't get a spot out of my shirt and wanted to charge full price- we talked back and forth and I explained I understood if they could not get it clean but don't charge me- Jose said to take my new dry cleaning back he could not guarantee that it would be clean and would rather lose 80 bucks a week and dry cleaning as opposed to refund me for one chef shirt that he could not get the spot out of- Jose said he didn't care it wasn't his business - I will go to a different company and they can get my 320 dollar a month business -

Check your clothes before you leave!! I would gladly give this place no stars if I had that option. When my husband got home with his shirts he noticed that the collar had been ripped on one. When he brought it back they told him he did it and that they would not cover the cost. The shirt was still in the bag!
