This is my new go to spa! My experience was great! I booked the full spa package for my first visit and they did not disappoint! I received a reminder email and text message a few days prior and a courtesy call the day before my appointment! The customer service was excellent! Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome and given the key to my locker. The robe provided was super comfortable and it smelled amazing in there! I’m super big on cleanliness so I was very pleased with the superb upkeep and condition of every room, especially the locker room! It was a super relaxing experience! I loved the whirlpool and the wet sauna! The dry sauna also had a honeycomb pot full of water and a steam releaser that was activated once you poured in the water! My deep tissue massage was amazing ! I would recommend Katrina or Angelica for a deep tissue! I also got my very first customized facial from Erika! She was very knowledgeable and super easy going! She even offered some recommendations for skincare items based on my skin type after the facial. Lastly, I enjoyed the comfy VIP lounge and got to relax and sip my complimentary mimosa! I have added monthly facials in addition to my biweekly massages as part of my my self care routine !
