Sheldon completed our two-year inspection today, and I wish he had been part of the installation crew. Although the installers did a good job, Sheldon patiently and professionally showed me how to check our sump pump, reattached and trimmed some interior waterproofing panels, cleaned out our exterior casement window drain and answered all of my questions. He did an outstanding job, and represents 58Foundations very well. Thank you!

I’ve been using ‘58 Foundations for annual service of a new sump pump that they installed a couple of years ago. Our service specialist, Matt Perry has been consistently professional and responsive in scheduling appointments and answering our questions.Last week, service technician, Sheldon Green performed a site inspection after we noticed water intrusion in our home. He was thorough in his inspection and took the time to find an underlying issue that would have gone unnoticed without his attention to detail. Service Technician Sheldon Green is an awesome technician. He is knowledgeable and very diligent. He not only fixed the mistakes of a previous technician, he went above and beyond to explain the root cause of water leak and solve the problem. Thank you Sheldon!
