When Shane arrived he was very careful and friendly as he assessed the situation, reviewed the issues with me, covered the charges for repair and professionally went about fixing my problem. When he completed the work he was very careful to cleanup his work space to make sure that we were satisfied with the results. Shoutout to Winchester Plumbing for taking our emergency seriously and dropping everything to help us with a water main leak that was leaking a 1/2 gallon a minute. All other plumbers in the area said we had to wait at least a week. Winchester plumbing has it fixed within 3 days of our initial call to them.
