I don't know what the problem is with people leaving poor reviews of this business. Yes, the wait time can be long but if you know that going in make it more bearable. The staff is very professional and up on the latest techniques and procedures.

Would recommend. I was having terrible dry eyes, and saw Dr. Eisele, she was able to quickly figure out what we needed to do and I've had no issues since them. Also was able to get a new pair of glasses and sunglasses there, at first the lenses seemed a little off (which is normal to have some adjustments needed) so they were able to quickly adjust them and even gave me an extra carrying case since they noticed i had both pairs in one case! Anyone complaining about having to wait, that's just normal at office visits, was there a little wait? Yes. Did it bother me? No, because they took their time to address all my questions and concerns

Dr. McLaughlin is phenomenal!! She was very efficient and informative. She adjusted my glasses prescription and my vision is more crisp and clear than before. She also took the time to explain everything to me. The whole staff was very nice and very accommodating. I would recommend Dr. McLaughlin and her team to anyone.
