I am from out of the area, and needed a mani/pedi while in Winchester. I stopped at Victorian Nail Spa on a Monday morning and was accommodated immediately. My tech was friendly and gentle. She did an awesome job on my pedi and gel polish, very relaxing! My mani was also great and long overdue. The highlight of my visit was the neck and shoulder massage my tech gave me while my gel color cured. It felt heavenly!
I will come here again when I am in the Winchester area.

Last week I came and got a fill in. I was greeted. It was so peaceful. I walked in and was talking with the customers. They were full of customers.Today I got a pedicure. The lady was so detailed in making sure everything was done right.

I got the lemon pedicure and gel color nail polish #205 a calm color. Same color I got on my nails last week. This my second time here and I enjoy the peace and quiet either after or before work.

Settling in a great way. I will definitely return.

I was out of town and need a refill. The language barrier is exhausting. They could not refill my Halloween themed nails the day before Halloween because they only use dip powder. There was no understanding and she began to cut and rip my acrylics from my nails. Someone else then did my nails. I asked for a stiletto shape.(I did not get it) I went with a pink and white ombre that just looks like paint overspray and is already cracking. Now that I am home I will have to have these fully removed and start over with a new set. Even though my initial set was only 10 days old. Such a waste of time and money.
