We brought our dog in with suspected bloat. Mia was taken right back and we were kept informed through out. Even though the vet was delayed getting back to us due to another critical case, she did send a message that it was not bloat. What a relief! Very kind staff all around. We were told up front costs of visit and x-ray. Highly recommend!
I took my old kitty to the ER last night when he was having some labored breathing, and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately my kitty ended up needing to cross rainbow bridge, but the caring treatment from the staff for both my kitty and me, made it much less stressful.
