“What an amazing experience. Sandra is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had and would highly recommend seeing her for a massage. She is caring, knows what she is doing and you will leave feeling better than when you walked into the building. Thank you Sandra!“
“Very good quality massage. The only negative was that this is yet another place that wants you to pay AND TIP before your massage. Then, after the massage is done, they ask for more tip. I tried to explain that it would be a better policy for them to simply say “pay first, tip after” as it would be more well received by Americans, but I’m not sure they understood. Other than that though, the massage itself was very well done, with medium pressure and hot stones seemingly thrown in for free.“
“Wonderful place to relax and get a massage. She is very thorough and pinpoints the spots where you need the most work. Best massage I've ever had.“
“I’ve been to a lot of massage places in Winchester, both the big chain types and local spots. Ann is the best. I’ve been going to her for about a year and she truly improves my life. She’s knowledgeable and skilled at her craft, her studio is calm and inviting, and she cares for her clients.“
“Dr Lykins explains visually and verbally your individual issues that are causing issues.“
“Crystal does an amazing job at finding areas in your body that really needs attention & will focus on them . She is very professional, gives your body the full amount of time you booked , & is a great conversationalist if you want & also gives you quiet time when you just desire to focus inward & enjoy the massage . The place is quiet & low key , & had a down to earth vibe , which I like , since the fancier the place , the more things cost all-around , so I can definitely appreciate the reasonable rates. Been going here for several years & will definitely be going back ! A+“
“I came in as a walk in and the owner was so kind and welcoming. I work in the Operating Room and was feeling rather tense in my back, shoulders and legs. I don’t think there was a knotted muscle in my body she didn’t find and massage out. She applied the time and pressure to my targeted areas and had perfect pressure during the remainder of my massage. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Thanks Again, I will definitely be back ! ** Side Note: They do have you pay first but, you do not have to apply a tip until’ the end of the massage so, don’t be nervous.“
“Wow what an excellent experience we had today!!! I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend’s birthday today, was our first time trying Health Spa and it did not disappoint. Coco and the other sweet lady (sorry I did not catch her name) were FANTASTIC! They were professional and went above and beyond to give us a great first impression of their spa, we will most certainly be returning customers! Highly recommended the hot stones! Thanks ladies for the special treatment for my man’s birthday gift today!“
“I live on Hatteras Island. Hatteras is a small place in terms of population with limited medical services.on fact, we had no doctor until I was in the eight grade. My injury occurred 25 years ago or more when I slipped out of a tractor trailer truck. My head struck the payment very hard. Growing up without a doctor, rushing to the doctor was not the normal thing we did.Of course in my case I just went home thinking I would be alright. For the first few days I felt funny with headaches. Then my jaws began getting sore and stiff. Then one morning I woke up with my head feeling very different. I told my wife and when she rocked the bed getting up, my head started spinning very fast. She carried me to the doctor but without much help. The spinning continued for a week or so. I could only find one position I could lay my head on the pillow. Finally the spinning stopped but I was dizzy and my balance was terrible. When I looked up above eye level, vertigo set in causing upset stomach. It would take a couple days for the vertigo to stop. After all these years, l still get dizzy looking up and my balance getting worse.I have seek help more times than I can remember. I even went to Duke University to see doctors with no real help.My daughter moved to Winchester and became aware of Pebble in a Pond and suggested I give it a try. I made an appointment. After visiting Dorian several times, the vertigo has slowed down considerably and getting sick in my stomach has stopped or not happening in a while. Feeling dizzy when looking up still exists and my balance is still off. My age may be a factor also.I believe living so far from Winchester with limited visits with Dorian is a big disadvantage. More visits would surely help. I make an appointment each time I visit Winchester. I appreciate Dorian help and hope one day her magical hands will cure me. With my age and limited visits, I probably will never be completely cured. I do believe Dorian has been a great help to me and plan to make an appointment when in Winchester. I thank her, the best yet.“
