Despite some confusion on the height of the toilet Gary was very accommodating and quickly resolved our issue. Everything was done professionally, respectfully and honestly he was a nice young man. Will definitely use them again.

Fast and friendly. They were able to get me into their schedule quickly. Zach was in contact with me throughout the day to let me know his arrival time and was early to boot! Of course he checked in to make sure it was good. He diagnosed the issues, talked me through it, and replaced the components quickly. Thank you!
