“We were brand new puppy owners to a very rambunctious German Shepherd. We did a ton of research on training programs for several weeks, when we decided on Ridgeside K9 in Winchester. We signed Miss Kay up for the puppy package. She was trained by Iggy as a tiny puppy and we saw amazing results. He contacted us daily about her progress and taught everything we needed to know to help Kay become successful. Part of the puppy package requires Kay to go back several months later for a 2 week board and train. This time she was trained by Michael. He did a fantastic job finessing her skills that she learned with Iggy. We were able to see her progress daily through Facebook. She is still the fun, loving dog but with manners and discipline. I'm so grateful for all the love, communication and education that they provided to Miss Kay and our family. The grooming staff also did a fantastic job and had our girl smelling and looking great! She is very patient and has great recommendations for my dog. I originally hired her to help me train my dog to go in a carrier for a future plane trip. I extended the number of lessons due to how well my dog is doing. I highly recommended her.“

“I have 2 pups. Mick is almost 14 years old and Maverick is a year and a half. Mick has been suffering with pancreatitis and could not get his yearly vaccinations. Maverick needed all of his yearly vaccinations. I had both pups with me in the store while waiting for Maverick’s appointment. The team was absolutely wonderful! The vet even volunteered information on how to help Mick with healing from the pancreatitis. She was wonderful in handling Maverick. He’s a Shih Tzu mix and is so dramatic. He buried his head under the nurses arm when they presented the needle. I am so glad we went here. I have another appointment in a couple days to get Mick up to date.“
