“My significant other and I went to Utopia (referred by a friend) for our first non-ear piercings! We were on a very tight schedule, but Laura was super welcoming and kind even though we showed up prior to the given walk-in time.
We did explain to her that it was our first non-ear piercing and that I’m personally not the biggest fan of needles. She took great care of me personally and asked at least twice if I was okay/comfortable, and she answered every question we had as thoroughly as possible! It was a GREAT price, especially for the high quality and amazing service we received!
