I have to say that dealing with Josh and Dona made my experience easy since it was my first time. I cant say anything bad and that Josh and Dona was great and I could not have asked for better people to work with. I would have to that both of them became my friends with the whole experience.
I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING this place is! What was already a painful time for us, they held our hands through the whole process. They were compassionate and professional. From the minute they came to transport his body and they learned he was a veteran, they put a flag on him. We also really liked how they do the viewings. They set up the deceased in a bed so it looks really natural, like they're just sleeping. They went out of their way for our family when there was an issue with the Dr not wanting to sign the death certificate. They personally went to the VA in WV to try to get him to sign it.
