You will work 40! Plus hours a work an never pay you time in a half he pays you straight time and plus is very rude inconsiderate to not only his employees, but to the people within his clients and plus you never see a CNA in your home anywhere between six months to a year visit

Ali does not pay employees for all hours worked. He won't tell them about the time clock app then yell at you bc you're not using it. When you message him the schedule you can work he does not put you on the schedule to clock in/out. He's very rude& disrespectful. Rude unprofessional he yelled at my wifea client told him shut up and he was turned into social services for elderly abuse found out this guy is NOT very popular with Richmond he as many complaints against him. He threatened my wife's pay and took her off direct deposit FOR NO REASON just because she took up for her client...he then kept her check from her and my wife had to actually pull the client out of his company and put him in compassionate care. I do not recommend this guy at all for employment or a loved one considering he hires girls off the street with no basic DCA or CNA pathetic.
