Katie is the BEST! She always listens and consistently does an excellent job of grooming my Shih Tzu's hair. She is the first groomer that I've found who doesn't resort to shaving off knots. She also works on a specific schedule, so my dog is never there longer than it takes to bathe and groom her. Katie is a Gem of a groomer. I highly recommend her!

Katie always does a great job with my dog. I notice she pays attention to details (hence the name I guess), and I am always happy. My dog seems to like her, and Molly can be difficult to groom. I have a new puppy and I will be taking her there as well. I heard about Katie through word of mouth and she is definitely one of the best kept secrets in Winchester. Very affordable as well. Stay away from "McGroomers" (you know who I am talking about - chain stores). They don't clean there tools properly and I know a lot of dogs who catch viruses and infections when they go there. I have heard of more than one place where dogs were left unattended in the drying units and died....read full review
