Hepler homes is absolutely fantastic for constructing custom homes. I would give them more stars if I could. Below is my genuine and detailed thoughts: 1. Cost Estimation. This is the first thing you come up to Dave. Instead of asking money for estimation (and only return if you sign up contract and lock you in), Dave took his time and provide free estimation for our home before we sign up. This is a huge plus and big reason we choose Hepler Homes 2. Communication. Our experience with Hepler Homes was outstanding from start to finish. The team, especially Dave and Amber, provided exceptional support, guiding us through the design and building processes with clarity and care. We were impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship, and the friendly attitude of the field personnel made us feel valued throughout. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to build a home from the ground up and are proud to say that we have a Hepler Homes home!
