We went through several dog trainers who all recommended physical discipline (and worse) with our special needs puppy. Lisa "got" him immediately, made him comfortable and had him doing everything beautifully in the first hour! She gave us hope, and was very kind, patient and clear. She was also an incredible resource of information and generously documented our sessions so we could remember and continue at home. I highly recommend Lisa!!
