Absolutely horrible plumbers! All my hot and cold plumbing lines on my new house build were done incorrectly (all being crossed so for example my toilet had hot water, etc!!) and my main water line from the well to the house was not even to code and was only 12-15” deep and with the wrong not to code wire laying in the ground. My master shower plumbing was all wrong to and they used cheap material.They also used drywall screws to attach the outside spigots. Very expensive too!! I am a bookkeeper who's client uses GLS plumbing on a regular basis. My client knows the owner and gets good response and service with the company. I am instructed and follow my client's instructions to get the company paid as soon as possible.Recently my husband, whose has been in the construction industry since he was 18 years old had a stroke. I called GLS plumbing and left a message asking for a quote on installing a shower stall. I did not drop any names. Sadly, did not even get a return phone call. I understand, as a wife of a construction worker, that some jobs are not profitable, however, not to even get a call back to say "do not have time" speaks volumes.
