Bob and Gerring Construction were a pleasure to work with. After our home’s skylight bit the dust, I contacted Bob for a temporary repair and then full replacement. Bob came within 24 hours to repair our skylight — which was critical, as we rent out our house as a short term rental.

Throughout the full replacement process, Bob was incredibly responsive, transparent with pricing and timeline, and flexible with timing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a great deal of pride in his work.

Our gutter was coming away from the house in the back of our 3 story townhome, as well as the front. Mr Gerring returned our call the same morning we left a message, and was out the following morning exactly when he said he would arrive. He was very friendly, full of helpful information, and was able to schedule the repair the next day. Mr Gerring arrived early the next day (after calling ahead to make sure it was ok), and completed the repair, as well as some additional services we asked about, and all within a short period of time. We will definitely be contacting him in the future, and will absolutely recommend him to anybody needing a contractor. Extremely friendly, very upfront and honest, and great work! So glad to have found him!

The Best Roofer in the Area!!!!Not enough can be said about how happy I am with the job done by Robert. If you want quality workmanship and going above and beyond, then Robert is definitely your man. He used a two man crew, which may take longer than the normal roofers in the area, but whatever is given in time, is made up for in quality. I would use Robert again in a heartbeat, he talks you through everything, is genuinely a good person, and honest as they come.
