I called and left a message on Monday about two different jobs. I have where I need insulation installed. Mike who is the sales rep was supposed to call me back and here it is Friday and no call. I called the secretary today asking for the manager and was told he was unavailable. Must be nice that your company is so flush with cash you don't have to call customers back looking to hire you.

Spoke to someone named Levi, he was going to order me insulation. No followup call for nearly a month. Called back a few times, was promised someone would call me back, no one ever did.

Levi was awesome to work with. I resently bought my home and had several people quote me prices for crawlspace insulation. Levi assured me I didn't need anything. He explained in detail why. Other's quoted thousands. Thank you for being honest.
