I called Scott at 9:45am with an emergency to replace my hot water heater and he and his crew were done install and out my door at 2pm the same day....talk about great service! I will now use A.I.M.S. for all HVAC work needed at my home. Highly recommend.
Can not say enough good about this hometown company, we have used for years. Scott & his assistant Tracie could not be a better team. They gave us the by far best estimate from 4 other companies, for installing a heat pump to my husbands garage, making him very happy with his now year round tinker space. They were fast & efficient, getting the entire job done in half their projected time. They didn't mess around, they got a full crew out & got it done perfectly. We couldn't be more happy & highly recommend this company for all your needs.
I used A.I.M.S. 2x over the past 2 years for AC repair & replacement. Most recently my 10 year old water heater went bad and had to be replaced as well. They had a team available by chance, the same day I contacted them to assess what was wrong. I had a qoute on the work by text very quickly. They had all the work completed by 2:30pm the same day. Granted they did not have much work scheduled that day or I may have had a wait but was still really grateful. Professional, courteous team members.
