We highly recommend this company! Both furnaces went out at the same time. Scott sent his men over and got both of them up and running during one of the coldest days of the year! Very professional!

I highly recommend AIMS. I have lived in my home for over 15 year and have had 4 other local contractors do work on my heating and cooling. My upstairs heat pump went out and I decided to call around for quotes. My neighbor highly recommended AIMS - which up until now, I had not heard of. Scott Harper, owner of AIMS, came out and gave me a more than fair and honest quote. Not only that, he pointed out a flaw in the duct work which had caused the current unit to run inefficiently. Scott's quote was the second lowest but he was only one who included new duct work and insulation. This added alot value to the job. To make this an even better story, as they were installing the new unit (my home has two heat pumps) they found a issue with the other unit. They spent half of the day fixing the second unit because Scott wanted to make sure that it was done right. He was so sincere that he did it at no charge. I am not sure what the money value of it was - but I can tell you it made a tremendous difference in how the second heat pump is running. And the first heat pump - the original work order - is up and running and doing very well. The final topping is that Scott and his guys cleaned up every bit of dust and debris created from the insulation and their work. His guys were extremely cautious in going through the house and were very professional. My advice - Don't use anyone else!!!! Scott and AIMS are a head and shoulders above anyone else I have dealt with.
