Just as they do for routine service calls, WeatherCrafters provided exceptional and responsive service for an after-hours emergency call to repair our A/C. The tech arrived in less than an hour after I placed the emergency call, checked everything out, diagnosed the problem promptly, and made the repair. Excellent support and service as always! Thom Barry is the Service Mgr who has worked on our hvac system and is excellent. He cares about getting the job done right and is personable and professional. I feel comfortable and confident when we have an issue with our system that he will get it fixed. Thank you Thom!

Good zone system design and install. Very impressed with follow up service when a suspected damper was stuck. I was scheduled as soon as possible, the tech Tom was on time, friendly, thorough and efficient.

Update Aug 28, 2024 My ac system was having a cooling problem. Weather Crafters discovered/replaced a bad duct motor as well as inspected the overall system to insure proper cooling. We’re back in business baby! The house is back in cool mode.
