The pharmacy staff are great and attentive to their customers. I usually bag my own groceries, and the older staff are quite helpful. Since I had a few too many items in my cart, I went to a regular checkout.l lane. Not much choice, only 2 lines available and found it didn'tmake a difference. The checkout teens and their supervisor lack friendliness and acted like miniature Cruellas. The pharmacy staff, older self-checkout staff should get 5* while the "regular young staff" need additional customer service training and their attitude causes strife with us elderly disabled customers.

My family deals with this Walmart regularly. We shop the store and order online for pickup. We are very satisfied with the service! The staff are wonderful to deal with and knows my wife and kids by name! Thats greatly appreciated! We prefer dealing with someone and not self checkout. The staff are wonderful ! The store is quite picked over in many departments. Not well stocked at all. There was only one live cashier on in the early evening. Seems poorly managed. Also, the door greeters really harass you for a receipt. I said no thank you and continued walking so the greeter made sure to tell me he would make a note of it on his clipboard.
