We boarded our 3 dogs and 5 birds for nearly 2 weeks while we relocated our daughter to the PNW. St Francis was amazing. We received regular updates and were completely comfortable leaving them in their care. They loved on our boys as much as we would have (all 8 of them). I highly recommend. 10 stars
