She was personable and took her time working my feet and hands doing a fantastic job. They only use natural products so there aren't any odors when you are there. She hollered back in shop to ask did I checkout (pay) and the guy stated yes. She then hollered back at me to say I was making sure they checked you out - you ok! How insulting and I can't figure out why she thought I looked like that I wouldn't pay - so disappointing!!<br><br>I may return as it was not the spirit of the technician that serviced me but another staff person!!“

“i originally didnt have the best experience here i called and was able to speak to terri and her husband who own the shop and they expressed sincere and genuine care and asked kindly if i would come back to the shop and allow them to fix a mistake that was made and they did just that. terri has such a kind sweet soul and her husband is an amazing nail artist who was quick and perfected every last detail. such an amazing and friendly environment and definitely luxurious definitely coming back for a fill in 2-3 weeks, they truly did an amazing job and extraordinarily quick too! everyones human and makes mistakes but these guys definitely deserved a second chance. im glad i came back. amazing work?? “
