Only very good things to say. I have always had difficulty in getting the eye exam exactly right until it was performed by Dr Jellenek for the first time about five years ago. He got it exactly right and the prescription lenses I ordered from them gave me a sharpness and clarity I had not had with my progressives before. Krystal was patient and extremely helpful in helping me choose frames. The glasses were exactly as the prescription required (not my experience elsewhere). I have had a number of exams and lens orders since then and my experience has always been as good as the first time. I recommended Jellenek to everyone.
A few months back I received a very thorough exam from Dr. Jellenek in Williamsburg. I purchased 2 pair of glasses. While on vacation my glasses dropped to the ground and were very scratched. I called and the office ordered me new lenses at no charge. While the initial expense was higher than some other places you can't beat this warranty for 2 years after purchase. I love my new glasses. Crystal was able to order the color frames I wanted and then the options I needed for the lenses. They fit well and should I have any issues they’ll stand behind them. Thanks.
