“Our AC has been serviced for the last 3 years by 360 Air Tech and we love the services.
Unfortunately, my husband has been at work for most of the visits we’ve had from Volodymyr but he is the ONLY tech that has truly been honest with us. Even if it’s not been what we wanted to hear! But his services have always been top notch and never left us dissatisfied. We attempted to use one company before and they tried to talk us into a 10k system five minutes into the visit, before they even took a look at our unit.
Since then we’ve been loyal to 360 air tech and cannot entrust our system to anyone else.“

I then contacted Cyphers for a second opinion. David Cyphers quickly arranged to come out. He thoroughly tested and determined the pump was indeed bad. He had one on his truck, replaced ours that day, and system back to working great again. His total charge was $964; almost $1000 lower than A1's. Cyphers is now our go-to plumber in the Williamsburg/Toano area !“
