The staff at the Williamsburg, Eye Care center is incredibly caring, supportive and friendly. I find doctors appointments to be really anxiety provoking as a LGBTQAI* person however, I feel at ease by the staffs engaging and friendly demeanor and service. Everyone genders me correctly and makes the effort to use my chosen name, over what some of my medical forms state. That effort is deeply appreicated. They're informative and try to give the most affordable option possible. Love coming here for my eye care!
I went to see Dr. DeSai at The Eye Center of Virginia for trouble I was having with my eyes.I want to compliment the staff and especially Dr. Desai for the care I was given.Tests were ordered all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed or in doubt.Dr. Desai is knowledgeable, caring, and understanding!Thanks to all.
Dr Desai It's very caring, thoughtful and diligent in her examinations. Even though this office can get very busy, I feel like I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. Very appreciative of the staff and the doctors here.
