Diane has been cutting my hair for years. She always does a great job she has cut my grandson's hair too and she is fantastic at making him feel comfortable and getting him to sit still while she does a fantastic job on his hair.

I made an appointment with Diane, who I had seen maybe twice before and is the only card I had from the location. When I showed up for my appointment it was not her and she seemed to be the only person working. Still very nice cut. But once you establish rapor with a stylist, you like to see the same one. If she becomes unavailable for any reason you should let the customer know. I will be coming back. (For a trim. Didn't want that to sound threatening. Crazy times.)

I love taking my son to get his hair cut at Ciao Bello, the ladies are always so sweet and welcoming. We have had the experience of having Diane do my son's hair three times now and I prefer coming here.
