Greg is the best at Carpet Gallery Carpet One location in Williamsburg, VA he made sure that he delivered as promise. I was so happy my beautiful carpet was installed before Thanksgiving. Thank you. I do recommend this company for your carpet needs.

We had a terrific experience with Carpet One Gallery in Williamsburg, VA. Our salesman, Tom, spent a lot of time with us showing us a variety of carpet pieces and noted some that were on sale in September. He came to the house to measure our three bedrooms and worked on a detailed carpet installation plan for our installer. Tom's administrative assistant was also helpful. Greg and his son came to our home in a timely fashion and dismantled or moved some of our large, heavy furniture. They were diligent, friendly and polite. As for clean up, they vacuumed and swept the bedrooms, hallways, etc. and took all trash with them. Furniture was returned to each of the rooms. Great job everyone!

Wayne and Tom did a fantastic job. We called them on a Monday explaining to them that we had moved all the furniture out of the house and wanted to sell the house. Monday night, Tom came over, quoted by Tuesday morning, and Friday and Saturday was installation of the new carpet. We were able to list the house the following day and have it be sold by the following Monday. If it was not for Tom going the extra mile we would not be able to sell our house. In our new house we got custom made arial rugs throughout the house in different rooms, and they look absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much Wayne and Tom for taking the time and helping us with the new house and the old house. We truly appreciate all of the hard work you have done to make our house a home.
