I just had my bedroom carpet removed and had Refined Floors install hardwood. The process could not have gone any smoother. From the time Mark arrived to investigate the job to keeping me informed to delivering the product to the installation today, everything went smoothly. Whenever the installers needed my input, they provide insightful solutions that were spot on. When the project was complete, the room was spotless. I don’t have enough positive adjectives to compliment them. Great price, great communication, great product, great workmanship.I will be finished the baseboard and shoe molding myself. I did not contract Refined Floors to do that.

If anyone is in need of flooring, I highly recommend Refined Floors. Mark came to the house, showed us lots of samples, clearly explained the pros and cons of each type, and the timeline of completion. The floors were installed professionally and in one day!I highly recommend them and will use them again next time.
