Poor communication. No returned calls. No confirmation of start date, or courtesy call, they just showed up. Seven items were reviewed during estimate quote. Three were listed on written estimate, was told they'd get the remaining four items when they did the others, but that would be an additional charge. Just uncomfortable with the lack of communication. The job itself seems fine and I'm satisfied with Geraldo and his crew that actually did the work itself.communication skillsT
