We have been having our lights dim on and off for 2 years. Had power co. come out, and a retired electrician look at it at different times, with no results. Then we got a new Keurig coffee pot that made all our house lights blink every time we made a cup. Time to do something! I called Hanley Electrical. Luck for us they must have been in our area. Four hours later Ray and David were at our house trouble shooting our panelboard circuits. After checking everything possible, they found a loose neutral connection at our meter outside. Tighten it up, and no more blinking lights!! THANK YOU !

Had a mysterious problem. Called. Person who answered the phone diagnosed the probable cause, told me what to do, and said call back for a work order if that didn't work. It worked! This company has a policy of not scheduling unnecessary callouts. I am impressed! Thanks!
