I highly recommend Family Chiropractic! The entire experience was amazing! All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I walked out of my appointment already feeling better and excited about my next appointment!
Family Chiropractic of Springfield offers relief to patients suffering from pain (in my case, lower back and hip pain). The doctors are highly knowledgeable and explain what their therapy is designed to do. The chiropractic assistants are friendly and caring, putting the patient at ease. They administer STEN and ultrasound treatments and demonstrate exercises for the patient to do at home. I am very satisfied with Family Chiropractic!!!
I had my first initial session today and I was highly impressed with Dr. Pitts and her team. They were very knowledgeable, very professional, communicative, & respectful. The front desk staff, were also amazing; creating both a welcoming & warm environment. Dr. Pitts is definitely an expert at what she does. 5 out of 5 overall experience!
