Whatever health issue led yourself to sauna and/or functional medicine, you will learn something here. Just go see for yourself! The sauna is not expensive. Fiona is knowledgable and genuinely wants you to be healthy and happy.I came to the sauna lamenting incurable athletes foot. Fiona convinced me that I needed a gut health overhaul. I did the metabolic reset and now am doing functional nutrition to address candida. This protocol has produced the most relief I have ever had from the athletes foot. My journey is still in progress but I feel confident working with Fiona and I recommend her highly.

I've been using their far infrared sauna to help with detoxification. Deluge is reasonably priced and is extremely convenient with the range of times available. Fiona is also extremely knowledgable and provides insight and helpful information for improving one's health and wellness.
