“The technician came out after hours. Were there very quick to respond. Unfortunately my unit was not able to be saved. But they installed a new unit at a great price. Believe me, unfortunately I have had to buy 3 other units for other homes and they were best price by far. It was in the winter right before a deep freeze was supposed to hit. They had me up and running within days. Been using the unit for over a year now with no issues. The unit works great!! Very pleased with their friendly service.“

“Our heat went out on Thanksgiving. We called around the next day, very difficult to find someone to come out to this area. Crowther sent out a technician. The unit is old and we knew at some point it would need to be replaced. Crowther was able to bypass the furnace and provided us heat through the heat pump. This was a very reasonable charge. They came back out and provided a quote for a new system. It was reasonable. And they are very knowledgeable. No overselling. Explained pros and cons. They installed the system and all is well! We were very happy with the entire process.“
