I called late in the afternoon and Larry was at our house at 9:30 the following morning. He is polite, professional, and knows his business. He cleaned our chimney and waited with us to confirm that our Jotul wood stove would restart properly after getting completely cold. He was informative and gave a bit of needed education about how to get the best efficiency from our stove. When he left, there was no sign he had been there other than we had a good draft in the chimney. No soot or ash mess anywhere! He's also a really nice guy! I was looking for someone to service/clean our chimney before we used it. I received a call back in under 30min, was scheduled for the next day, service was friendly and the job was outstanding.
